My husband says I can’t have 2 dogs
Pet care experience
Recently relocated from Reno, NV to Norfolk, VA. I’ve had 3 rescue dogs as an adult. My current love is a 6 year old Labrador Retriever that is a spayed female and is dog friendly. I have had senior dogs prior to her so I know how to administer pill medication and give lots of love to the older animals. I had cats as a child and a few rodents (rat, guinea pig) and owned a millipede as an adult. I love to be outside (hiking, walking/running, biking, skiing, climbing, surfing, paddle boarding, etc....). I’m a high school science teacher by trade but won’t make it out to start the year and I need to still transfer my license. I’m looking for something fun to do with my free time and love all animals!

Emily took wonderful care of our dog over the holidays. Our dog has a medical condition requiring regular and frequent medication, and that was no issue. Emily was responsive, easy to work with, and caring. Highly recommended!
Emily and Chris were wonderful sitters for my greyhound, Buster! He is a bit shy and quirky, but I felt 100% comfortable leaving him in their hands and it showed he felt right at home with them and their dog, Bella. I got tons of pictures and updates which was wonderful to see his progress and that he was happy and comfy in their home. Thanks for such a great stay, Emily & Chris, and thank you for sharing your beds with Buster, Bella! Will definitely rebook!
Emily and her family were wonderful, loving and treated Dakota like their own. Emily's photos of Dakota were very welcome and comforting and showed that Dakota was very happy.
Emily is an awesome dog walker and person. She is very knowledgeable, conscientious, and really cares about dogs. I highly recommend her to take care of your dog.
