Love running with dogs!
Pet care experience
I love dogs of all shapes and sizes and would love to take them on marathon-training runs with me! I grew up with two yellow labs and have an especially big soft spot for them. I am a third-year law student at GW and hope to adopt rescue dogs after graduation this coming May. I have classes during the day, but am totally free on Thursdays and Fridays. I only have two classes on both Monday and Tuesday, and they are not back-to-back (which gives me more flexibility). Wednesdays are my busiest days. I live between Foggy Bottom and Georgetown. My apartment building only allows small dogs, so unfortunately I am unable to have medium-large dogs in my apartment. I will be in DC until the end of July (when I take the bar) and am free until then.

Phoebe and I share the highest opinion of Emily – an exceptional human, Emily accommodated the vagaries of my schedule and the princess personality of Phoebe with aplomb. Our shared regret – both Phoebe and mine - is that Phoebe does not need sitting with Emily on a more frequent basis. We wish Emily the best in all her future endeavors.
Emily has a real joy for taking care of dogs. I was dog sitting for several months, and Emily assisted me in walking Max, a Labrador, and caring for him a couple of the evenings. Max just loved Emily, and Emily gave him the attention and love that he derserved!
Emily has watched my dog Skippy on several occasions. She is always my go-to person when Skippy needs a walk or when I'm out of town, and whenever she watches Skippy I know he's in great hands. Emily is incredible with Skippy. She's very trustworthy, loving, and caring. She truly treats Skippy as if he's her own. Emily comes with my highest recommendation.
