One word to describe Emily "IRRESPONSIBLE" ! When Emily came for the meet and greet she was well aware I contracted for house sitting and taking care of our Pekinese. We showed her his medications, how to prepare his dinner (all foods were pre cooked) and she appeared anxious to take care of our Ryu. We arranged about three weeks in advance another appt: a two days before we were ready to leave on our trip. She basically was a no show and informed us 1/2 hr. after she was due to arrive that she could not make it. OK, I arranged a time the next day to have her come to go over Ryu's needs as well as get reacquainted with Ryu. Well, she was an hour late and could not stay but at the time she let us know she could not house sit but only stay 3 hours w Ryu in mid afternoon to his walk and dinner meal. She woud drop in in AM to walk and feed him. Unfortunately for us was cancel trip or accept her terms. 3 Days into trip she informed us that she could no longer sit or take care of Ryu due to her obligations. Thank god for Rover Support, we spent the next day searching for someone to care for Ryu. Emily had assured Rover Support that she would be available when the new person came to the house to assist w transition. Well Emily was a no show and the person that agreed to watch Ryu had not introduction to Ryu nor what needed to be done, where food is, meds are etc. Emily certainly is not an animal lover, rather a selfish individual and not understanding that when you take on a responsibility of caring for a living, breathing innocent animal is an important task. Emily's actions proved she is an ugly, irresponsible individual. Hopefully none of you out there in Rover Land will ever have this experience. If you do Rover Support is excellent, so at least there is that.

Emily has taken care of my dog for over a year whenever I left on trips. She spoils my dog with love (and organic treats!) My dog is in love with her and her other dogs. She is my sole go-to for a dog caregiver if I ever need it. My dog is epileptic, and Emily knows the signs of an emergency if there were one. She is love, careful, and diligent.
