I've lived with dogs my entire life, and have been around dogs and cats off all kinds during my job as a housekeeper! When I house sit, I am reliable and respectful. I like to leave a house in better shape than when I arrive! I can sit any time, day or night, any day of the week, for a day or for a week! If I am unavailable at any time then I will communicate that immediately. My dog is very low key and doesn't need much but attention, treats, and to be let in and out. He has an automatic food bowl. My bird gets a clean cage every week or as needed, fresh water as needed (every other day or so), pellets, seeds and greens, and lots of communication and attention. Any pets I have sat for, I keep in mind all instructions given and make sure I know everything there is. I won't leave them without food or water, I reward good behavior and only give a firm "no" for inappropriate behavior (biting, fighting, jumping). I have sat for dogs, cats, and lizards!
