Pet care experience
I have been around all types of animals my entire life, I have been dog and cat sitting for friends, family members and neighbors since I was 12 years old. I have experience working as a veterinary technician and I also foster dogs and cats from multiple local shelters and rescue organizations. Due to this, I have experience with dogs of different breeds, temperament and levels of training. I treat my dog and two cats the same as I would children, and will do the same with yours!

Highly recommended!! Emily is fantastic, as are her sweet fur babies. Jasper was with them for 4 days. Emily sent us pictures and videos and the sweetest updates every single day. We were really able to relax and enjoy our little vacation, knowing that our fur baby was loved and cared for and having so much fun! He got to go on walks, play with Emily’s sweet doggie Harper, and even sunbathe! We’re so grateful!
Emily is very kind and friendly, and she took wonderful care of our dog Belle! Emily was great with communicating and updating us on Belle’s stay, including sending lots of photos, which we loved!
I'm very pleased with Emily and how she took care of Savannah. I would highly recommend her and I will be using her services next time I'm away. I loved getting daily updates and the pictures,it really made me feel confident that my puppy was in good hands. If Savannah could talk I'm sure she would tell me that she had a great time with her and her pets. Puppies are very hyper so having other pets to interact with is always fun for them. I'm glad I found Rover.

Pets are as much family as anyone! In my home, I am able to crate or gate off animals, have different types of treats and food available, can give medication to pets and can take dogs out for long walks or use long leashes in large grass areas and fields for dogs to run!

Your dog's temperament, likes/dislikes, preferred food/treats, how they get along with other animals, sleeping arrangements, leash behavior, any other notable behaviors, any commands/training you're currently working on, and anything else you think is important or relevant. I am happy to meet your dog prior to having them at my home or walking them, or am happy to have you visit my home so you are comfortable with everything!
A typical day
I live in a very quiet townhouse complex right along the Merrimack river. There is a trail along the river that I walk often, and within the complex there are large fields and grassy areas to allow dogs to run, play and enjoy! I am also close to many other walking trails and parks that I would love to take your pup to if you feel comfortable!

Availability
I am a teacher, but my pets are still my number one priority, and yours will be as well! The school day is 6 hours and only 15 minutes from my home, I am able to go home mid-day to check on my pets and take my dog out. I also have cameras in my home to check out what is going on throughout the day. In case of emergency, I am always able to leave school and head home!
