Pet care experience
Hi my name is Emily! I am a lover of all things furry, especially dogs! I have a great amount of experience because of my recent job at Camp Happy Dog (boarding and daycare for pets) and also at Ft. Stewart Pet Boarding. At CHD and Ft. Stewart Pet Boarding I was trained on the many versions of play/exercise based on how your pet acts and or if they are disabled. I have also been trained on what to do in emergency situations such as, aggression or medical reasons. I have taken care of multiple family’s pets at their home/neighborhood. To add to that, one of these homes had six dogs and one cat, so no matter the amount I will provide a safe and fun environment! I look forward to meeting my new furry friends.😁

Camp Happy Dog, LLC is a small daycare and boarding facility in Western NC where Emily was an excellent employee. She was responsible for the care (feeding, walking, cleaning) of the dogs. She would often be found in a kennel with one of the campers giving it lots of extra love and cuddles. Emily is a hard worker and puts the safety of the dog first. She was trained to recognize canine body language to help better understand client dogs. As the owner if I needed someone to care for my personal dogs Emily would be the one I would call on. You can trust your family member to be in great hands with Emily.
Emily is a true lover of all canines. She has cared for my two dachshunds for over 10years and they absolutely adore her. My oldest has seizures and she is fully versed on handling his special needs. We love her!!!
We highly recommend emily for any doggy needs. She stays at our house and watches our sweet baby Marco and he absolutely loves her. He excited pees everytime she comes to see him, and he loves to sleep right next to her all night. Emily loves and cares for him just like we do, and it shows in how he reacts to her when he is with her! Her dog skills have even taught him a few tricks!

Since I will only be offering walks and services that include going into your home, I will care for the pet as there owner would or how the pet would like. On walks I will make sure that the location of the walk is safe along with the outside temperature. Any inside care will involve lots of hugs and treats if allowed and like I said whatever the owner or pet prefers I will do.

A couple of things I would like to know about a dog before sitting him/her are, are they aggressive/aggressive towards certain things, are they friendly towards other dogs, are there and medical conditions or disabilities I need to know about, what is there daily schedule if there is one, and what are their favorite activities? I have no breed preferences. I think every breed of dog is amazing and unique in their own way!
A typical day
The exercises I will provide for your pet will be anything from playing inside with there favorite toy to going on long walks outside. Whichever your pet prefers. The amounts of options for play/exercise are endless! If your pet just needs to be watched during the day or maybe just want some extra love, I will be there to accompany them with love and care.

Availability
I am available any day of the week including weekends until February 11th because my husband and I will be PCS’ing to Washington state. I am willing to walk, play, or just hang out with your animal because I know that they beloved pets should be treated just like family.
