Pet care experience
My husband and I are former professional ballet dancers that absolutely love dogs. I currently am a stay at home mom with a 2 year old daughter and a 2 month old son. I ran my own dog sitting business when I was 14-15 years old, and continued it after retiring from the ballet in 2019. I trained my family’s rough collies to be show dogs and therapy dogs. I have two friendly golden doodles now and I’m making each moment exciting and fun at home. Dogs hold a special place in my heart and giving them love, activity and training are things I love doing. My main goal is that the owner and dog is happy. I want you to feel comfortable that your dog is safe and secure in my home. Plenty of companionship and lots of cuddles. Happy owner happy dog. They are amazing dog sitters. Emily made sure that she sent me pictures and videos on a regular basis which was really nice especially because this was the first time that we were leaving our dog with someone.
Very much a dog caring family will put your mind at ease when leaving your dog while you are away. Our Pembroke Corgi interacted well with their two dogs and the others that they were sitting at the same time.

I have a huge fenced yard with grass and wood chips a beautiful shaded gazebo where dogs can cool off in the summer and a wraparound porch. I also have an entire downstairs basement for dogs that may need a private space.

I love all dogs. All ages and sizes. However, because we do have a new baby I prefer to sit smaller dogs. We love puppies but the dogs we sit need to be comfortable around babies and children. Unfortunately, I’m not comfortable hosting Pittbulls. I love the breed but I prefer to leave that to those who have experience with that specific breed.
A typical day
We have a large yard so our dogs usually enjoy running around the yard versus going for walks but I do love walking little dogs we sit while I walk the baby in the stroller or in the carrier. Our neighborhood is super dog friendly and has so many quiet streets to walk comfortably.
