Hey I’m Emily! I’m a stay at home mom in riverview and I don’t currently have a dog of my own but had a black lab named boomer for about 12 years, I babysit my friends dogs whenever they need and plan on adopting one of our own once our little one is bigger. I love having dogs around as they make life much more fun ☺️

Emily was a wonderful fit for me and my dog! She provided a stree-free home environment with lots of love. After just 2 days of doggie day care, my dog was crying with joy as we drove near her house.
Emily was awesome with my dogs! She’s my goto dog sitter when I go on vacation and can’t bring my fur babies with me. Always fed on time, brought on nice long walks, and plays with them. My boys love when Emily watches them. Highly highly recommend her!

I have a fully fenced in back yard and a large lanai with shade. When I care for other dogs in my home they have a n open floor plan between the kitchen and living room to roam. I keep bedroom doors shut but if they are potty trained they have full reign of the open floor plan. Free to hang on the couch or lay down on the cool tile In the kitchen 🥰 if your pup is used to sleeping in your room we will set up the dog bed in our bedroom for overnight visits as well.

I do have a young kiddo at home so the most important thing is that your dog likes kids. No major jumpers or biters. My son is good with dogs and will not bother them but he’s happy to play if they want to.
A typical day
We wake up around 6 for school and leave at 7 I am usually back to the house by 7:40 and have the whole day to do whatever! If your pup loves walks we can walk, I’m happy to take them to the dog park as well, with your permission. If they don’t love other dogs that’s fine too and we can hang at the house/ in the backyard which is fully fenced and perfect for running! Then we go pick up my kiddo from school where they’re welcome to come or they can stay at the house whatever they prefer! We are extremely flexible.
