Pet care experience
I am a reliable, experienced and trustworthy dog sitter. I'm a military veteran, author, mom and am currently in grad school getting my master's in psychology. I've taken care of dogs for over 15 years. I have experience caring for small dogs and pit bulls as my former partner and I had three dogs that I cared for. My mini-schnauzer recently passed over the summer and while I deeply miss having a dog I'm not ready to get another one yet. Your dog would be the only pet in my home and would receive extra care, love, cuddles and attention. I am happy to send you daily updates with photos/videos and will respect your requests while you enjoy your time off.

Emily was amazing! I was so so nervous about leaving on a business trip for 2 weeks to Spain and did not know what to do with Jasper, my 12 year old cat who really had no one else but me his whole life. This was my first time using Rover and first time leaving Jasper with anyone other than family. Emily was great and really helped calmed my nerves by sending me updates and pictures. She took great care of Jasper and with him being taken care of so well I got to really enjoy my trip and my time away. I will absolutely book with her next time and I can't wait to be able to travel again, worry free. Thank you SO much!!

Emily is my favorite sitter! Anytime I am away I always know to keep my baby with Emily she is a lot to handle especially when she is on her cycle but Emily handled her care so well and she sent me lots of photos and updates. Emily did such a good job with Momo the first time I booked her on short notice so I recommended my friend leave her cat with Emily as well and he is a shy guy but she made him and Monet both feel so welcomed! Thank you Emily she will definitely be back the next time I am out of town!

Availability
I currently work from home and am in graduate school. Your dog would have lots of extra care, attention and wouldn't be home alone more than a few hours. I am able to take your dog out for walks and to the park as there are several parks in Burbank.
