I like the fact that Emily came over to introduce herself before the drop-in visits started. She was friendly, energetic, and kind. We had issues with being prompt, spending the full amount of time scheduled and communicating effectively, but eventually got things on track after a few visits. I came home today to dried up urine all over my kitchen floor! Not happy about that at all. She could’ve asked about cleaning items or additional paper towels, but didn’t. Really dissatisfied with the service. I mentioned that I prefer she plays with my puppy in the yard and continuously she took Foxy on a hiking trail, it seems that she didn’t listen much to what I’d communicated to her. I didn’t think it was a bad idea but she stayed out with her too long and in the pictures my dog looked fatigue like she was ready to pass out. My front door was left unlocked while they went out for a walk, another person was in my home with the care taker and I did not authorize this. There were just so many small issues that came up during the visits, I’m not sure I’ll be using Rover anymore. This caretaker made me feel like it’s not a good idea to open up my home to strangers that aren’t reliable. I don’t think her actions were malicious, but I did think she could’ve been more responsible with communication, and listening. I’m just glad to be home with my puppy, really disappointed.

Emily is friendly and professional. She clearly loves dogs, and makes sure to take care of all their needs thoroughly. We loved having Emily stay with our little dog!
