Pet care experience
Hi y’all! My name is Emily and I’m so excited to meet your pet! I’ve been a pet lover my whole life and am a current dog mom to a 1 year old miniature dachshund. I work full time from home, so I will be available for potty breaks or mid-day walks whenever your pet needs it. As someone who always wants the best for my precious pet, I will treat your pets with the same compassion, attention, and love that I do my own. I don't have a yard, but Addison has many parks around that we can walk to. I am able to provide daily exercise. My home is "dachshund-proofed" with ramps up onto furniture and baby gates blocking off stairs. I will always lift your small dog down the stairs to avoid straining their back!

Emily went above and beyond for my sweet Charlie yesterday! He was having some medical issues and she was kind enough to offer to take him to the vet while I was stuck at work! She’ll take care of your babies like they’re your own!
Charlie had such a good time with Emily! She took him on multiple walks and kept me updated with pictures of my old man throughout the day! He came home happy everyday that he was in doggy day care with her! We definitely want to become repeat customers!!

We can work together to figure out a plan that makes us both comfortable and most importantly, your pet comfortable! Small to medium dogs are welcome in bed with Ruby and me overnight, crated, or in their own bed wherever is comfortable for them. Larger dogs can be crated or in their own bed as well. I am able to administer medication if necessary.

A typical day
I love to do enrichment activities! I’ll always have a Kong or lick mat ready for your pet - just let me know if they have any allergies. We also will go on walks- Addison has so many around! I have a dog that LOVES other dogs, so they will enjoy playing together.

Availability
I work from home! That means I’m always available to take your pet out to go potty, provide enrichment, or have them be my snuggly “coworker”. Whether your pet needs a potty break every hour or an impromptu walk to get some extra energy out… I’ll be home to do it!
