Hi! My name is Emily and I’m a fellow pet lover! I work part time as a barista at a local cafe, and looking to spend my other time with animals and outdoors! I have loved pets since I can remember. My family and I had a beautiful border collie for 13 years, sadly we had to put him down.. I haven’t had a pet since the passing of cobey, but I’ve been lucky enough to pet sit for my friends puppies! Since I have experience raising and taking care of A border collie (who are very active), I’d say I’m well equipped to tending to any type of pup. I also have a few months experience working in a doggy day care facility. At the facility I was responsible for all sorts of dog behaviours. I took the dogs for walks and pee breaks, facilitated agility courses, and enforced positive reinforcement. I learned a lot during my time at Doggie Day Care, that I would love to put to use. I have experience walking and sitting for 2 large and strong dogs. I’m a very active, young person who loves spending free time exploring nature! I would love to puppy sit while you enjoy a vacation, play with your pup, take your pup for a walk, anything I can do to help!
