I understand that pets, like children, need to feel loved and safe, in addition to their basic needs being met. Making sure they have enough stimulation in their day to be on their best behavior for you is something I strive for. If you're working, traveling, or under the weather, I'm happy to help provide the quality time your animals need. Whether that looks like walks to work out their energy, or dropping in for meal times and cleaning up messes. I provide positive reinforcement with stimulation games, puzzles, and basic training on days the weather is too rough for your pal.

I have a fenced in yard your furbaby can roam with my own large dog, Diesel. I live in a very walkable area so leashed outtings for all the smells (solo or with my pup) will be easy to come by. Whether at my home or your own, I'd like to know what your pet is already used to, and what you feel comfortable with. I don't take for granted the trust and responsibility extended to me at any time, especially being in your home. Whether dropping in or providing overnight care, my goal is making sure everyone feels safe and well cared for.

Let me know if your pet has a specific schedule you need us to adhere to, any medications they may need, and any anxieties or behaviorial issues to note. Boarding or providing day care at my home will be with my dog as well. If your pet has shown previous aggression towards large dogs, let me know and I'd be happy to set up drop-in visits at your place instead.
A typical day
A good walk is filled with stopping at all of the (not disgusting) smells! Between social play and sniffing out treats with my dog, squirrel chasing, fetch or naps in the sun- your dog will feel cozy and safe in my yard! Indoors, your dog can enjoy puzzles, learning new tricks and getting loved on. My home also has a large front window with plenty of foot traffic, so even indoor time can be stimulating!

Availability
I cannot recommend enough having a Meet and Greet with multiple sitters. Doing this helps everyone feel the most comfortable, and you'll have a regular sitter and back-up sitter available. I'm truly happy to fill either of these roles and believe my care for your pets will show from the first booking. I provide drop-in visits and housekeeping for 2 dogs, Monday-Friday. Outside of these few hours a day, I'm available to be with your pet, providing individualized care.
