Pet care experience
I've had dogs ever since I was a little kid. I've grown up watching my own dogs, friends dogs, neighbors dogs etc. I also have some experience with other pets like cats, bunnies, hamsters/guinea pigs and fish.
Reviews
Emily will probably always be our first choice petsitter when we go away if she is available. I don’t have enough characters to list how impressed we were with her & how comfortable we are leaving our pups in her hands. After our meet & greet I knew we had chosen a wonderful responsible young women. Sorry it took so long to post this. We will look for your availability when home from college. Highly recommend
Emily was amazing. She was willing to change her plans on a holiday weekend last minute and made a point to come meet us and Champ before the drop-in which I appreciated as it was the first time I've used Rover and admittedly was a little worried. She gave me updates with photos which made me very happy because I knew Champ was well cared for when she sent the picture of him after playing fetch with a big doggy smile :) I will definitely be using Emily in the future!
Emily was fantastic. Bringing her father with her to scope out if we were going to be chill people or not was actually something that left me with a good impression. I totally understood where they were both coming from. My dog doesn't get along with new people but she warmed up to Emily enough to send me selfies while we were gone. I will be calling Emily again in the future! Lacey clearly likes Emily, and that means a lot to me.
Emily did an awesome job with Huckleberry. I will be using her again and again !

I'm able to check on your pets every couple hours or whenever you need. I can take them out for walks and play around with them! I'll feed them as per schedule and make sure they're happy pups.

Definitely their schedule: what times they're usually let out to potty, what time they are fed, and when to take them out for a walk. It's also very important for the owner to let me know if the dog is aggressive or not, and whether or not it gets along with other people or dogs.
A typical day
If they have any toys I'd love to play fetch or tug of war with them. We can also walk around the neighborhood and run around outside together. One of my dogs always has a lot of energy so I'm used to it.

I'm a nursing student home from college so I have a lot of free time this summer, and my college is also near the area if I'm ever needed during school. I have a part time job that's only a couple days a week so I have a lot of availability for pet sitting.
