Pet care experience
I have been around dogs and have taken care of dogs since I was 6. I got my fist rescue 3 years ago who is special needs husky/lab that is showered in love and very spoiled. I rescued my second special needs blue heeler in May of 2021 who is an amazing addition to our family. I have previously worked at Kinross veterinary office in Michigan, before moving to Wisconsin. I am vet knowledgeable on all breeds and behaviors. I have experience with dogs, cats, and some exotic pets. I do know how to properly restrain animals in emergency situations. And I am more happy to provide toe nail trims!

At my clients home I will always be supervising the animal when outside. If the yard is properly fenced then the dog will be off leash. If there is no fence the dog will be leashed the entire time. Proper food and water will always be given. Plus plenty of love and attention. I will also do daily dog walks if the client requests. I will never leave the dog unattended while I am in the clients house. If I must leave the clients house we will have a plan as to whether or not the dog will be in a kennel or able to free roam per the clients request.

Let me know if your dog has any special needs or behaviors I need to be aware off. I have had experience with aggressive/stressed dogs. If the dog does best in a muzzle please let me know! They deserve lots of love too. Also please let me know if your dog is on any medication!!
A typical day
I love taking my dogs on long walks, going to the beach, local walking trails and more! I love getting out and exploring and it’s great for your furry ones too!

Availability
I am currently working at Lawrence university where I get out of work around 2:30pm, with plenty of time to care for your pets in the afternoon and evening. I am free most weekends and will have my availability at least a month out.
