Our animals were taken care of, but that's it. Communication was lacking, we had to initiate all but one conversation to find out things like: did she make it into the house, and after several days of hearing nothing, how everything was going, and how our pets were. We only got one update with pictures the entire week we were on vacation. Anything relating to the house was not taken care of, and something was spilled on our table that ruined multiple spots on it.
Professional. Great with animals. Came home to happy animals well cared for. Got regular pics and the ones we asked for. She even extended the days when we had problems abroad.
