DO NOT RECOMMEND. Emily house sat our dogs for two nights because our usual pet sitter was booked for the first part of our trip. I was a little nervous since she asked essentially zero questions about their care when she came for the booking but I had given her a typed instructions sheet so assumed she had read it. She sent a couple pictures over the weekend but gave almost zero update on how they were doing, if she walked them, etc MOST importantly, she had agreed to leave at 9:30pm to give the keys to our usual sitter since we were still out of town. She told the sitter that I had told her should could leave early and leave the door unlocked (a LIE, I was never asked). When our sitter arrived at 9:30pm, she reported that the dogs were not in the room they are supposed to be left in and had free reign of the apartment. It seemed as if she had been gone a long time as there was a big mess, poop in multiple places, and NO WATER or FOOD in their bowls. After I asked when she was leaving she said she had to go to her stepdads birthday, didn’t even mention that she was leaving the door unlocked and did not apologize. I told her the dogs had no food and water and free reign of the apartment and she did not reply. Honestly I’m just glad our dogs are alive I don’t trust this person and I strongly recommend that you do NOT book her.

Emily was amazing with our dog Ozzie. She gave us tons of updates and made him feel very comfortable.
