Ask anyone who knows me, I am a dog-lover through and through. I grew up with large dogs (Siberian Husky, several Bernese Mountain Dogs) so I am familiar with training and obedience. I empathize greatly with animals and understand that most of the time there is no reason to get angry with them, which means meeting them halfway. Having lived in the Bay Area for 10 years, I know all the good dog parks! I have a car, so I am able to do pickups, stops for treats at the pet store and head to the beach/park. Since I have been a pet-lover my whole life, I interned with my local vet a few times growing up (mostly just an X-Ray tech, nail clipper and observer) but I have experience with giving medicine (pills, needles) if need be.
