Pet care experience
As a volunteer at a local human society and as a dog owner, I have had experience with dog care and rehabilitation for practically my entire life. I have come to appreciate that dogs are individuals, with personalities and needs unique to themselves. By reading about and studying the evolution, health, and training of dogs, and by simply playing and walking with them, one is best suited to provide every facet of a dog's sometimes complex needs. Dogs are the most loyal of critters, and because of that the bond between human and dog is deeply sacrosanct. Humans have the greater intelligence, therefore we owe it to our dogs to question our own methods if a problem arises. I think dogs are truly happy when they are around people, and feel very strongly against locking dogs in kennels all day or tying them up in rural yards their entire lives.

Emilys energetic, sweet, loving and caring personality made it easy to pick her to care for my pet. Her and Daisy hit it off. Daisy is always excited when she sees Emily when she comes to play. Emily is trust worthy and follows my care instructions for Daisy. I never worry about Daisy when she's with Emily because I know that she loves and cares for her like her own.
If you're looking for a dedicated dog sitter who will treat your pets just like her own, Emily is the one!! She's patient, dedicated, and loving. She's punctual and passionate! Leaving a beloved pet with someone while you're away can be stressful but Emily did an amazing job of playing dog mom while I was away!

I've known Emily all her life and I know her to be a loving, caring and compassionate person. She has grown up with animals of all kinds in her home. Her family has had dogs, cats, rats, fish and horses. She has been taught to be responsible for the care of these animals. With her own cat, she goes above and beyond. Special food, toys and grooming...nothing is too much. With my dogs and cats she is affectionate and attentive, quiet and loving. I would always trust Emily with my pets, and also my children (who are sometimes like pets) ?
