Pet care experience
I have loved animals my entire life, ever since I was a kid I have helped my family members and friends take care of their cats and dogs. I grew up with many cats and dogs in my home. I cared for and loved my own cat for 15 years until she unfortunately passed away. While caring for an aging cat with health problems I learned to administer many different medications. I have also helped administer medications to family members' dogs. Being with animals brings me so much joy and I look forward to meeting and caring for your furry friend!

I have a nice sized front yard and a very dog-friendly neighborhood for long walks. I live a few blocks away from a large park with trails to walk dogs.

A typical day
I love to take dogs for long walks and take them to nearby parks. For high energy dogs I will play with lots of toys to help them get their energy out. I also enjoy winding down and snuggling with dogs on the couch.

Availability
I work full-time as an Environmental Educator but I have the availability to stay with and care for pets during the week and on weekend. I can check in on and walk dogs in the mornings, during lunch, and after work. I am also available to stay at your home to care for your pets while you are out of town.
