Emily is professional about caring for your dog. She watched June (80lbs lab) at my house overnight for a few days. Emily is a homebody which is perfect because she doesn’t have friends sneak over or party at night. She sent one or two photos/updates per day, which I wish I had gotten more. Because of the lack of communication, Emily had locked up and left an entire day early unaware that she was booked until the next day. June was left at the house alone. Emily did message me later that night reminding me where she had hid the keys, which is when I told her that my flight isn’t until the next day. She gladly and apologetically retuned to the house. However, my dog is my life, and that brought me into a panic being states away and having no control over the matter. Moving forward, just remember that communication is key and that there is no such thing as “over communication” especially when you’re responsible for someone’s pets - and always check the Rover App for how long you’re booked! Nonetheless, I sincerely do appreciate you and the time you spent with june bug!

My dog is older and does not do well with most people. Emily has been wonderful. Bones has taken to her and we feel like she is in great hands when her Emily cares for her. Our travel is much more relaxed knowing that our fur-baby is being well cared for.
