I unfortunately had a very bad experience with Emily. The booking for was house sitting to start at 8 am and end at 730 pm to take care of my dog who has mild separation anxiety while I was at work. My apartment has electronic locks so I'm able to tell when people enter and exit. I noticed around 830 that nobody had entered since I had left for work. I checked in with Emily to make sure the door codes worked and she said yes (lie #1). A short while later I asked her for a picture assuming something was just wrong with the door. There was a 20-30 minute delay. During that delay I see her enter the apartment. After which she sends a picture. She gives me a excuse about the first text not sending to explain the delay (lie #2). Im at work so I decide to let it slide assuming she will at least stay there the rest of the day. I noticed later that afternoon that she had left 30 minutes after she initially arrived. I have to leave work and arrange for a friend to come watch my dog last monute. When I confront her about this her excuse to me is that she was under the impression that my dog could be left alone for many hours at a time despite me clearly telling her about the separation anxiety both at our meet and greet and over text (lie #3). All told she was there for 30 minutes of the 5 hours (8 AM to 1 pm) before I cut the booking short.

We would highly recommend Emily! She was responsive, responsible, reliable, and prompt. She clearly took great care of our sweet boy and showed him lots of love and attention during their walk together. Thank you, Emily!
