I love animals; I grew up with dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, and fish, and I would have had many more pets if my parents had allowed it! In high school I volunteered at the Butte Humane Society (socializing dogs and cats, cleaning, etc.), and I have been walking dogs and pet-sitting for fun and extra income for as long as I can remember. Chico is my hometown, and I have a good sense of which dog-walking routes are best for individual dogs. I have been a vegetarian since the age of 10, and I believe that the bonds between humans and animals are one of the things that makes life worth living!
