Pet care experience
I am a retired student looking for some dog walking work. I like to be outdoors and keep fit! I understand all dogs have different personalities and traits and will accommodate for each individual. I have had dogs for over 14 years and pets for as long as I can remember which has shaped my love for animals today. I have boarded dogs in the past for a week and really enjoy spending time and getting to know new dogs. As I am currently a dog owner, there are lots of treats and toys that Luna my cockerpoo would be more than happy to share. I am a warm, kind person with a lot of patience and understanding and would love to look after more dogs!

I have known Emily for five years now and couldn’t think of anyone more perfect for dog sitting/walking. Emily is kind, approachable, happy, and has an extremely caring nature. Emily is responsible and reliable. Emily is a natural with animals and would be an asset to any company. Whenever Emily comes to our house its our golden Labrador she says hello to first and that to me says alot.
Emily is a caring and considerate dog caregiver. She had a dog herself for 14 years and took very good care of Olly who was a springer spaniel. She has also come on a number of walks with myself and my dogs as well ranging from a German shepherd to now a springer and labradoodle. I have relied on Emily to pick up my dog and look after her when I was running late,my dog is quite nervous however Emily has built lovely relationships with my dogs and makes them feel at ease. She is active and happy to take the dogs on lovey muddy walks whatever the weather.
I left my crazy Jack Russel Archie with Emily for 3 nights whilst travelling to Ireland for my brothers wedding. He absolutely loved his time with Emily, she took him for walks around Trent park, played with him and gave him loads of cuddles. What was also great about leaving Archie with Emily was the fact her garden is totally secure so he could have a little run around safely and then come back inside when he wanted. When dropping Archie off I actually forgot his bed but Emily has one he could use which was great! I felt totally comfortable and happy with Archie there. I have now asked Emily to walk Archie a couple times a week as I work full time which is great! I also have planned a few more trips this year and booked Archie in to stay with Emily, although I’m worried he won’t want to come home!!
