Pet care experience
For the past year I've been working at a grooming salon as a dog bather soon to be groomer! I also have experience working for a dog walking company and a doggy daycare/boarding kennel. I prefer more 1-1 care which is what has led me away from the kennel and into rover.

Emily is a pleasure to work with. Very accommodating, responsible and pleasant disposition. She was able to get out 12 year old pooch Jessie to cuddle up to her which was definitely a big deal!! I will definitely use her services again and encourage anyone who requires a pet sitter to do the same!!
Emily was super conscientious, even in terrible weather. My kitties were as happy as they could be. Thanks!
Emily did a great job watching my cat while I was gone! Definitely would book again :)
Emily was great with my senior cat while I was away. She came daily to check on my cat and spend time with her. She feed and kept the cats area clean. Emily was respectful of my home. I will definitely will be using her services again!❤️

I live in a studio apartment with my 6 year old chocolate lab and my 3 rats. My lab is reactive to other dogs so unfortunately this means I cannot do boarding but it does give me an advantage when working with other reactive dogs based on my past knowledge.

A typical day
My favourite activity is going on trails with a long line. I love seeing dogs just being dogs, getting the sniff around, run and swim.

My current work schedule is Monday-Friday 9-5 & Thursdays 11-7. With my job being at a groomer salon that gives me the opportunity to give your pets a little extra pampering (nails and baths)! Pets looking and feeling their best is favourite.
