Hi there, I'm Emily and I can't wait to meet you and your dog. My lifelong love of animals inspired me to become a pet sitter. I'm incredibly passionate about animal behavior and I've learned so much about it, it's become second nature to me--I basically speak dog! My vision for the rest of my career (and life) is to work with animals as much as I can! That's where you come in! I have spent my entire life raising and working with every dog breed imaginable. From Shih Tzus to high content wolf dogs. I participated and handling show dogs in rings when I was younger. I have helped trained German shepherds with Shutzhund and I hope to make it a full time job in the future. My motto though, is the bigger the better--so if you have large dogs, I'm happy to help! As I mentioned, I study animal behavior specifically dog language. I love training and walking, working with dogs is so much fun! I have worked with all temperaments. From reactive to obedient. I’m patient with all types! I believe in the positive affirmation method over negative reinforcement. Dogs learn the best with love and understanding. I would love to watch a dog that is working on training. I’m also photographer and I am too excited to capture the different dogs I meet! I pride myself on providing excellent customer service for both pet and owner. I know how hard it is to leave your pet in the care of someone else, and I promise to treat them just like you do. I am a southern army veteran who moved to the PNW to find new experiences and be around more like minded people. I’m an avid movie fan and a trained public affairs specialist.
