I have been dog sitting at homes for over 5 years to a variety of animal. I've not only cared for an array of different breeds of dogs and cats, but have had the joy of caring for indoor and outdoor fish, turtles, and rabbits. The dogs and cats that I have cared for have ranged from 8 weeks old to 14 years old dogs, and 18 year old cats. These dogs and cats included pets with special needs. To name a few special needs; I have cared for pets with seasonal allergies, severe arthritis, kindey failure, and heart failure. Not only have I cared for animals within a large age range and helped care for special needs pets, but I have grown up with many animals myself. I grew up on a cattle and crop farm. At a young at I would occasionally helps with the cattle, but I mostly grew up caring for our barn cats, indoor cats, and dogs. I have had the pleasure of growing up with 5 different breed dogs (White German Shepard, Lab, English Springer Spaniel, and Goldendoodle to name a few). Which has given me the knowledge of understanding the nature of different breeds and importance of how to give basic universe compands. I now live in a subdivision with a large 6 foot fenced yard that also has a dog park nearby, and have the pleasure of raising and training my own dog, a Dalmatian.
