Emily was efficient, timely andf kind to our dog, Diamond. She took pics of Diamond performing her best "doodies" and duties! My only criticism for Emily would be to NOT change the price to which we agreed once I've left town. I didnt agree to that and it cost me an extra $30 being that Emily charged us $15 for changing the schedule while I told her my husband's exact work schedule hadn't been given to him yet, but we'd know before I left town; and Emily agreed plus said she was available all week that I was gone, and she said, "no worries." So to claim issues AFTER we agreed to the work schedule AND I had already left the state is unprofessional. And she charged us an extra &15 which in my opinion was not acceptable, but we were concerned if we didn't play by her rules, she would have quit and I didn't have any time to find a replacement since I was getting on a plain to leave town in less than 24 hours!! Having said that, we also told her no need to come the last day as i was returning home before her usual time to see Diamond. I gave at least 24 hour notice of the schedule change ending her visits a day early. I will address with Rover how to get a day refund of $15. Or I would have told her to keep it and count it as her tip. But my husband tipped her on Tuesday 11/9 and told her not to come on Wednesday b/c I would be home by 11:30 am and her visits started at noon or 12:30 usually. Emily's last day was Tuesday, 11/9/21. Overall, we were extremely pleased with Emily's prompt and attentive care for Diamond and her bodily functions outdoors; Emily played catch & retrieve every day offering Diamond plenty of exercise and fun activity. As pet owners, we were thrilled with Emily's work performance! And we would highly recommend her to anyone needing pet drop in service. We appreciated all the pictures that Emily shared each day at her drop in visits with Diamond, our German Short Hair Pointer. And we couldn't have asked for a better Dog-sitter at her daily drop-in visits for 30 minutes a day for 8 days! She did exactly what we asked Emily to do. We were very pleased and would recommend her to any pet owner!

Emily has great dog experience! With three dogs of her own, she also has tons of experience taking care of dogs. I have had dog sitters who let discipline and routine slip but Emily is organized and dedicated to following directions and keeping my dogs happy and healthy. Highly recommend!
