Pet care experience
Hi, I’m Emily! I have a lot of experience with dogs and animals in general. I grew up with dogs in the house which is what initially inspired me to pursue a career in veterinary medicine. I attended Iowa State (go Cyclones!!) and graduated in December with a degree in Animal Science. I’m also headed to CSU in August to begin my adventure as a veterinary student in their Vet Med program.

I have known Emily for 8 years and during this time she has shown such a passion and love for animals. Together we worked at a hippotherapy center and her gentleness with the horses created strong bonds of respect with the most difficult of horses. She is kind to animals, and is one of only 3 people I would trust to take care of my 8 year old lab Shelby. Emily is known for her professionalism and reliability. When you choose her to care for your pets, she will treat them as her own family and love on them.

There are TONS of walking trails around my house within walking distance - I ran cross country on a lot of the trials. My dogs love the trails! There are also fenced in dog parks nearby. I have two schnoodles that are very friendly and love other dogs. They go to the dog park as often as we can take them and enjoy playing with the other dogs there.
