Emily was absolutely wonderful! As a first time user of Rover and the house sitting option, Emily was quick to respond and answer all of my questions about the service and how it worked. En route the day of, Emily let me know she was on her way and upon arrival she was great with the dogs and introducing herself to them. Emily did a great job of sending updates and pictures while we were away. She ensured the house stayed tidy and took out the trash. We knew the dogs were in great hands and I would not hesitate to book her again in the future! Highly recommend!

Emily did a wonderful job with our pets - Even won over the formally feral cats in record time! A key indicator of their contentment with her- none of the pets were overly needy when I got home as they usually are. I was extremely appreciative of her going above, and beyond, washing the sheets from the bed, she used and thoughtfully, leaving the porch light on, knowing I would get back after dark.
Emily did an awesome job looking after Sasha & Max. She looked after our dogs for 2 weeks and sent photos as well as keeping us informed of how they were doing. We will definitely book Emily again 😊

For house sitting; I will care for your pet just as they’re used to. Feeding times, potty breaks, walks, medication times, etc will remain normal. If they are crate trained, they will be crated when I am not present. If they are usually left in a certain area or room of the home when not present then they will go back to that area when I’m not present. Drop ins; will be as close to their normal routine as possible. They may also have some mental stimulation games to help burn off some pent up energy (this also applies to cats). Boarding: To ensure the safety of my personal dog and family; I will only allow dogs that are friendly to other dogs, friendly toward men and women, crate trained, potty trained and house trained dogs. To make sure that all pets are given the proper time and attention; I can accommodate 2 single pet households at a time, or a multipet household. If pets may be a flight risk in public areas, loud noises, strangers, etc they may be walked with a secondary slip leash for safety.

Please let me know if your pet has any special needs, special foods, instructions, other animals it may not be able to be around, people your pet can’t be around, etc. Safety and comfortability is of upmost importance to me. No matter how small the detail may be.
A typical day
I really enjoy mental stimulation games as they are the best way to mentally tire out a pet! Food puzzles, hide and seek games, scent games, etc. These are in addition to playing with toys, going on neighborhood or trail walks.
