Pet care experience
I’ve grown up with animals my entire life (mother was a Vet Tech), and currently have a cat and dog of my own that I’ve loved for over a decade. I’ve worked in dog daycares and watched doggies and kitties out of my apartment for years in Chicago, Charleston, and Louisville! Now I have a lovely home with my fiancé in the northwest suburbs and would love to open my heart, home and giant backyard to your pup!

Our anxious doggo had a wonderful time staying with Emily. She is organized, kind, sent lots of pictures and really connected with our Brody. Her dog and cat are wonderful playdates and hosts. Can't recommend her enough!
Emily is AMAZING!! She has been so kind and sweet to my pups and has taken the best care of my senior dog who requires a bit more TLC. She is on top of communicating with me and provides detailed Rover reports with great pictures. I highly recommend Emily for caring for your pup’s needs!
Emily is the best dog sitter. I travel often for work and my dog straight up thinks she is his second Mom. She always sends pictures and updates me so I can see what Jackson is doing. Jackson goes on many fun walks, dog park and doggy beach visits and of course she spoils him with treats & snuggles.
Emily has watched my 40lb pitty mix for the last 3 years. They both love each other and my Penny gets excited as soon as she hears her voice. When Emily watches Penny, I know I have nothing to worry about.

I prefer to know if your dog or cat has any medical issues that will involve taking oral or injected medication. It’s also helpful to know if your pet tries to eat out of the garbage or ‘counter surf’ so extra precautions can be taken.
A typical day
Cemetery walks, long afternoons in the backyard, dog park visits, and special stops for ‘pup cups’ are often on the agenda for our pup Penny at home and we’re happy to bring your her baby along during visits and long stays.
