Emily was terrific and made us feel very comfortable at our meet and greet, we were especially nervous having never used Rover services before. She was very accommodating to our times requested and so easy to work with she also great about responding and answering questions. We loved getting our daily report cards and pictures of our Honey Biscuits. Honey Biscuits is a sweet boxer mix with a lot of energy so we know she at times she can be a lot of dog, Emily was able to walk her and care for her with out any problems. We will definitely be using Emily again next time we are in town if she is available. In fact it will be our priority to book her first and plan everything else around that!

Emily immediately made me feel comfortable and she definitely connected with my dog quickly as well. We are currently stressed from a recent move and new smaller space for my dog; Emily jumped right in and helped diffuse my worries over leaving a sick dog, trying not to cancel a previous commitment, and using Rover for the first time! Photos and reassuring texts made my time away even more enjoyable.
