Thank you, Emily for taking such good care of our senior pup and our home while we were away! We appreciated the daily updates and pictures.

We would not recommend Emily and will not be using her services again in the future. We were very disappointed in Emily’s lack of care for our two cats. She outright lied to us about when she was supposed to be at the house (we have outdoor and indoor cameras). We hired her for twice daily 30min drop in visits to feed the cats over Christmas. The first day she was meant to come at 7pm. She came for 5 mins at 3pm and then had the audacity to “check in” for her 30min visit at 6:30pm. She was not at our house at 6:30pm and send us the photos she clearly took in the afternoon in full daylight. To make matters worse, I messaged her on Christmas morning to see if she was going, since I hadn’t seen her stop by yet. She wrote back saying she was “2 minutes away”. She “checked in”, but never actually went that morning :( I’ve never felt so upset and heartbroken.
