Pet care experience
I grew up with dogs & have always loved dogs, but there’s no love quite like your own first dog. We adopted Louie in 2020. He is a big boy who came to us with some big feelings. We are helping him create new positive associations in the world & we are always learning together. I am passionate about training dogs with kindness. In addition to caring for 100lb Louie, I often care for an 80lb Carolina dog & a 6lb chihuahua. I have walked all sizes in between!

Emily was amazing! We hired her to walk our furbaby daily while at work. She is reliable and communicative. Not to mention the important part Emily treated our pup so well. She was patient and kind, a few times treating our furbaby to extra time during his walk. Outside of that, we had no hesitation or issue with her having full access to our home while at work. Emily is trustworthy and will hire her again. Definitely recommend her. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My dog is dog-selective, so we would need to do a slow introduction if any boarding was needed at my home. If Big Louie approves, we do have a fenced in yard and a crate for a large dog if needed. All dog interaction is monitored. No dogs are ever left together unattended in the home. Dogs may be separated by: door, crate, or gate In a client’s home, I would follow any schedule / routine laid out to make your pet comfortable.

My dog prefers space on walks - space to sniff & explore. He typically needs space from other dogs to be successful - meaning we will cross the street if we see another dog. Ahead of a walk, I would love to hear about your dogs likes & dislikes!
A typical day
I love bringing dogs where there is lots of space to explore, sniff or just relax on a blanket. Snacks are a must. We also enjoy hide & seek and tug. Any day my dog can swim is a good day!
