Hello! I am an active and outdoors-loving graduate student looking to help you out with your dog(s)! I grew up with Golden Retrievers, including my current dog who is 9 months old, and have experience pet sitting and dog walking for a number of people over the years. I am comfortable with all age ranges of dogs - puppies to seniors - and am well-versed in training so I won't cut any corners with your dog. Please feel free to tell me if you are working on something in particular or have certain commands for different behaviours you're working on! I believe consistency is key and am happy to maintain whatever your approach with your dog is. I love the outdoors, long walks in local parks, hiking, and being active, and I especially enjoy having a dog along on these excursions. I can ensure you your pet will get plenty of outdoors time and exercise. I'm happy to take them to off-leash dog parks or Nose Hill so they can roam freely or do on-leash walks around your neighbourhood - whatever works best for you and your dog. For boarding, I do live in a dog-friendly condo building that backs onto a dog park. I am out 3x a day with my dog for at least an hour and she does very well with this.
