A pet oasis while you are on vacay!

Pet care experience

My name is Emily and I have two wonderful dogs Dakota and Cooper. I am literally animal obsessed and would take amazing care of your fur child! I have a natural ability with dogs and and dogs know I am the leader of the pack which keeps all animals in my care safe :) With me, your animal would get safe and loving care just as if you were at home. My love for them is free!! The price you pay is to reserve your spot. I have done lots of drop in care and in my home care. At one point I had 7 dogs at my house because a family friend with 3 dogs were gone, another family friend with 1 dog were gone and we had a dog over to play, plus my two dogs at once. All different sizes, colors, breeds etc - and they all got along great! We had no issues. That was a proud moment for me. Message me and we can talk about how I can love on your fur baby :) I am at your service to make sure your pet and YOU, feel comfortable, loved, and happy!

Not pleased. I had taken my baby girl to the meet and great, Emily has 2 dogs, one is 100 pounds, and one is 80 pounds. I was concerned because my baby is 49 lbs. I brought her to and into the door, and right away I expressed my concern, because dogs can be overwhelmed walking in the door and having two huge dogs crowd her at the door. The meet and greet, to my surprise, went well, so we both decided to let my baby girl stay (a few days later). So I brought my baby girl to Emily’s home on the 17th of September, for her stay. Again, she was overwhelmed at the front door, when these two huge dogs crowded her at the front door. When we got in the door, they remained crowding her. And extra dog if the same size appeared, also crowding her. So three dogs 80-100 pounds, crowding her. My girl growled, she was very uncomfortable. Emily was also clearly in a hurry and stressed. Dogs pick up on stress, and become stressed. What should have happened, is all of Emily’s dogs, and her visiting dog, should have been in the back yard. They could be running off some energy, while my baby was being added to the mix. She then would have not been crowded with nowhere to go. (At the front door, they had her blocked so she had nowhere to go when overwhelmed). In the back yard, all of the dogs could have gotten acquainted gently and slowly. (Emily was in a hurry which made everything worse. ). They could have all ran around the backyard, playing whily gently becoming acquainted. This should have been a 30 minute process. Later in the day, I get a text that my booking with Katie has been done. Was not sure why this new booking, she was with Emily. Well, I was then informed that the dogs were not getting along, so Emily was sending my dog to Katie. My baby girl had to wait until everyone was home from work, so meanwhile, my traumatized baby was locked in a room until she could be taken to Katie’s. My baby girl was totally overwhelmed, traumatized, and wondering why she was moving house to house By the way., Katie said my baby was very sweet the whole time. She said my baby slept with her and her boyfriend. Had a wonderful stay together. I recommend Katie in Baltimore.

Emily is a wonderful sitter and so easy to work with! My dogs had so much fun with her and her pups. She has a great yard to let them exercise and Emily is super attentive. Highly recommend!

Emily was fantastic and is highly recommended! She took great care of our dog, was flexible with scheduling and provided a ton of pictures daily so that we know how our pup is doing while we were away. She will treat your pet as if they are her own. We will be customers for life!
