Have worked and volunteered at vet’s office for 4 years. My past work experience includes trimming nails, washing dogs, cleaning litter boxes, walking dogs, administering oral medications, handling difficult animals, preparing their food and special diets, monitoring their stress levels, and cleaning up their pens and cages. The vet’s office that I worked at also dealt with rescued animals that haven’t been well socialized. I’m able to know when the animal is too stressed in an uncomfortable environment and will do anything possible to make them more comfortable and put them at ease. I have cared for dogs, cats, and birds for all of my life. I have also cared for horses. I’m comfortable with any animal presented to me and will follow instructions for their care and needs. I also will offer free grooming which includes bathing, coat brushing, and nail trimming/grinding.
