Pet care experience
I’ve owned pets my entire life and have helped care for my friend’s and family’s pets, including a large Labrador retriever and several cats. I have experience with cats and dogs primarily. I own a cat and small dog myself. My dog is a bit old and on many medications, so I’m comfortable administering oral medication, eyedrops, and topical medication.

Emily is the first person I go to to take care of my pets. I’ve known her for a long time and trust her completely with the care of my rambunctious black lab and my two hermit crabs. I have also seen her care for elderly dogs, high maintenance cats, and she does it all extremely well. She’s a very responsible and trustworthy pet owner and pet sitter and I have every confidence that she will be a great caregiver for Rover!

During walks, I will follow all instructions to keep your baby safe. I will respect the boundaries set, such as whether or not your dog is friendly with others. My dog is very unfriendly towards other dogs so I am used to maintaining distance and not allowing other dogs near.

I would like to know about any particular needs, how they interact with strangers and other pets, and any medications they need. As much information about there schedule as possible as to not disrupt their routine!
A typical day
I have a lot of toys to share as my dog is blind and doesn’t play much. If I am pet sitting at my house I am able to separate the dogs, as mine is not very friendly. I live near a nice walking trail around a lake and love to bring higher energy dogs there to get some exercise.
