Hi! My name is Emily and thank you for visiting my page. I’ve been caring for pets on Rover since 2017 and have loved every minute of it. I am available to work around your work schedule and vacation needs. I understand trusting your pets with a stranger is very difficult to do. I am here to say you have clicked on the right page. I have watched and cared for many dogs and cats on Rover including puppies, those with special medical care, blindness, and lots of energy. I love all animals dogs, cats, everything! I have grown up around, loved and cared for five dogs across my lifetime: Sadie, Barkley, Jameson, Harp, and Captain as well as the many pets of my friends and family. I lost my dog Barkley a few years ago now in November to cancer and have missed being around him while away at school. I am excited to get to know and take care of your dogs. I will send photo and text updates of your pets while you are away and will provide only top care for your pets: Feeding, walking, administering oral medication, cuddling, visiting, and playing with your pets. During your time away I would walk your dogs outside for the duration of your choice. (We may take some extra trips to the park:)) Whether your pups or cats are active and want be played with or run around at the park and go for long walks or if they want to cuddle on the couch I hope you consider me to take care of them while they do. I have flexible hours and will follow any extra directions regarding your pets. I’m currently working full time Monday-Friday with flexibility to work from home. I will make sure your pets are fed regularly, have water, have gone potty, and get all the cuddle and play time they want. I make sure your pets have a comfortable and safe spot to curl up on and nap if they choose. I also make sure there are no food or plants that could be harmful to your pet within reach. Depending on the dog and your preferences, they will either be allowed to sleep on my bed or sleep in their crate during the night. When at a client’s home I make sure to follow all instructions given by the owner and keep things tidy to help the pet feel at ease.

Emily never disappoints, can’t say it enough - look no further. We are always at ease when we have to leave our furry friends under her care. They are polar opposite and Emily always know how to get to them 🙂
Emily is so thoughtful, communicative and caring! Everything you need in a pet sitter. She has taken care of our pup twice now and I always feel like he’s in great hands. She also takes great care of our apartment, leaning it clean and cared for. If you need a fantastic sitter, look no further!
Emily was as great as the last time! She really cares about Miisi and Milo, we appreciate the effort she makes to connect with them every time. They love her too! It's always great to know they are well cared when we are away from them :)
Emily was fantastic watching Uma for two weeks during the day. My Airedale terrier was so excited to see her everyday and she would give me updates of all the fun they were having which I appreciated! Highly recommend Emily :)

A typical day
I love to take the dogs I watch to the park. Sometimes I take them on adventures down to the waterfront or to Starbucks for a pupaccino. Pretty much whenever I go, I’ll bring your pup along if they seem eager to join me. I’ve taken pups I’ve watched to the beach, on car rides, and to doggy play dates with the owner’s permission of course. I love figuring out what the dogs I watch love to do and making that a priority. One dog I sit regularly loves to play ball and go to the dog park so we go everyday.
