I am a runner, hiker, and biker who so wishes they could have a dog in their apartment! My partner and I have an intelligent, vocal, cuddly, yet stubborn tuxedo cat, and are missing our labradoodle who passed a couple summers ago. I am comfortable with dogs, cats, and pets of all sizes, ages, and energy levels. I am a middle school English teacher, and am looking forward to caring for and getting out in the warm weather with some pets this summer. After a long year of remote, hybrid, and hy-flex teaching, I am excited to step away from technology get in as many visits with furry friends as I can. As with my own pets, I feed, brush, play with, and of course walk the animals in my care. Additionally, as a runner, I am always happy to run or jog with high energy dogs.
