Pet care experience
Hello! We're a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids). We've owned a dogs our whole lives and can't imagine not having them around! From small to large dogs, your pet is a welcome guest in our home! We have 2 dogs, Macy (Golden Retriever) and Ava (Labrador Retriever) that love having guests over to stay and play. I have done senior care down to 8 week old puppies and am comfortable with giving medications, having midnight potty breaks and keeping dogs engaged and happy no matter what their age.

Gracie just had her first stay with Emily and it went great. As an older, smaller dog I worry about how she might fit in with a new family. Emily made sure she got lots of attention and fit right in. Emily sent lots of pics which helped ease my anxiety about leaving Gracie. Gracie did great with Emily!
Emily sent great pictures and updates and Freddie had such a great time! She really put us at ease for our first time away from him.
We are so lucky to have found Emily! She is reliable, responsive and our golden LOVES her and her family. We received some fantastic photos and updates during our dog's stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great care for their pup!
Emily and her family are the best! We rarely leave George and when we do it’s with family, but he had the best time ever at “camp” for the weekend. Usually he’s a bit salty after our return and that didn’t happen this time, which is amazing and a testament to the above and beyond experience!

We'd like to get to know the ins and outs of your pup. Do they like to snuggle or be left alone? Do they need to run and play many times a day or is a stroll around the neighborhood enough? Likes and dislikes are very important to us so we can ensure they have a wonderful stay while they are in our home.
A typical day
We love to go on walks, to the dog park and play in our fenced in back yard. Our neighborhood has many walking paths off of the main roads that make for a beautiful place for dogs to explore and smell everything.

I am a full-time teacher at a school in McFarland, which means I am out of the home from 7:30-3:30 every day. If you are looking to board your dog during the weekday, I am able to come home on my lunch and let them out, play for a bit and socialize before I have to go back until the end of the school day. On weekends, your pup will be let out every 1-3 hours. No matter which day they stay with me, we typically take lots of walks and love to spend time playing in the fenced in yard.
