Pet care experience
Having been a mommy to multiple pets throughout my life, no one knows better the feeling of unconditional love between a dog and "mommy" than me. My goal in life is to someday own a pet rescue as I believe everyone (human and canine alike) should know what this kind of love and companionship feels like. I am here to love your babies as if they were my own and with over 22 years of pet sitting experience, you can trust that your four-legged friends are in very capable and loving hands. Currently mom to two beautiful shih tzus who would love to share their home and large backyard as well. In my opinion a house is not a home without the sound of paws tapping on the floor.

Emily always did a wonderful job caring for Roxy and our home. She would send updates and pictures . She took Roxy on walks and even watered our plants . Just knowing Roxy was in good hands made it easier to relax on our family vacations . Not only was she kind and loving to Roxy, but she was always very clean , well organized and dependable. Future Rover clients will be very lucky to have Emily care for their fur babies AND their home!
I’ve had pets my entire adult life (I’m 52 now). I’ve had numerous pet sitters in various cities and among them all, Emily has been the best. Her love for our fur babies and her attention is unequaled. And her own pups are sweet as can be and show my dog nothing but playful love and kindness.
For quite awhile now Emily is the only person that I will trust with my dog when I have to travel. Emily is a really wonderful person with a personality almost too good to be true. Of course before letting Emily sit my dog I had to see her environment and the dogs that my Toby would be sharing time and space with. Almost immediately Toby and her dogs were friends. What can I say other than Emily is THE BEST! We have used Emily for the last 15 years and wouldn’t dream of trusting anyone else with our babies. Both my husband and I have careers that require a fair amount of travel and Emily has been our go-to since we adopted our eldest dog at 10 weeks. The dogs fondly refer to her as “Auntie” and when we tell them that ‘Auntie is coming’ their excitement is palpable 🤣. Emily lives in Las Vegas and we live in California but we fly her in to sit for our dogs when our travels extend beyond a day or two. She loves our dogs as if they are her own and we feel incredibly safe and secure knowing that our babies are in such good hands. If you’re looking for someone who has a genuine love for animals, Emily is your gal. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Your dogs activities are based specifically on their needs. Energetic dogs who need to run around and be social will enjoy as much time as they would like at the Sunset Park Dog Park which is a short walk from my home. If your babies have anxiety and just want to be snuggled, my furniture is pet-friendly and I am a great cuddler! For dogs who are doggy door trained, he or she will have unlimited access to my fenced in patio.
