Pet care experience
I grew up with cats and dogs and have cared for friends’ and neighbors’ pets since my early teens. I have cared for dogs of a variety of sizes, temperaments, and additional needs. I have experience administering medication, working on puppy separation anxiety, and handling a reactive dog in public spaces.

Emily truly goes above and beyond! Today she came to walk my puppy and was met with throw up and diarrhea all over his crate. She cleaned everything and made sure he was cleaned up, walked, and comfortable when she left. She let me know detail by detail what she saw/his behavior which helped when I contacted my vet. I just can’t say enough to express my gratitude. Thank you, Emily! ♥️

I am unable to accommodate additional pets in my home, as my roommate has two wonderful cats. I am happy to provide care, including overnight care, in client homes, which has the added benefit of minimizing disruption to pets’ routines. I am happy to adhere to your rules and preferences for your pet(s), including administering meals and medications according to their schedule and providing walks and indoor and/or outdoor playtime depending on your pet’s needs.

A typical day
I love to offer dogs fun, adventure, and love through games, walks in parks, and plenty of pets. Where possible, I love going to dog parks for some quality off-leash time! For cats, I am happy to provide games, brushing, and/or cuddles according to the cat’s preferences and boundaries.

I work remotely on a flexible schedule, which allows me time during the workday to walk and care for pets. My evenings and weekends are similarly flexible with notice.
