I have known Kay for a very long time and I am continually amazed by the way dogs respond to her. She has visited with me in homes of my friends that have dogs and the response of the dogs is always the same. They want her to love them, pay attention to them, and stay with them. She has worked with dogs that have some behavioral problems with great success. They seem to sense that she is caring and they want to behave for her. In my opinion, Kay is exactly the kind of person you would want working for you. She is responsible, dedicated and hard working with great attention to detail. I know that this may seem way over the top but there are even more good things to be said.
