I have loved and owned dogs all of my life and I view them as a part of my family. I have taken care of small, big, sick and healthy dogs for the past 12+ years. My husband qnd i recently moved to Bainbridge Island so I am hoping to meet some new furry friends to bring more love into my life. We also have a 2 year old border collie named Panda who loves living on a 5 acres farm with us. We would love to be there for you and you're precious animals! I am honest, reliable, respectful, and most importantly responsible when it comes to watching your pet while you are away. I hope I can become a trusted part of your family!

Emily was communicative and reliable when she cared for our dog for a long weekend. Maple can be shy and slow to warm in a confusing situation for her. But during our time away, Emily was patient with Maple and understanding. By the time we returned, Maple seemed well-adjusted and happy.
Emily's great. We went out of town for several days, and she was extremely reliable in watching our cat and giving her TLC.
Emily is a great sitter for my dog. We've used her twice now, and she takes him to all his favorite spots. We appreciate how accommodating she is and the updates she sends. I recommend Emily for dog sitting based on my experiences.

I am on a 5 acre property that is a dream for dogs! It is completely fenced, so your pup can run around freely all day and come inside when they want. There are two dogs on the property: a small terrier and our 2 year old border collie, panda. Both tend to get along with other dogs well, but we would of course need to make sure everyone gets along before a stay.

Please let me know if your pet has any behavioral problems or a history of biting. If it is a shelter pet that has been rescued within the last year, I require an in-depth screening to figure out if it will be a good fit.
A typical day
I am very active outdoors and I love hiking and running. Whether it's fetch or a long walk, I'm up for it. I am very athletic and love throwing balls, bones, disks, and sticks!

Availability
I work from home and live on a farm so my schedule is very flexible. I am responsible for feeding and looking after sheep and donkeys, so I am unavailable for stays that are longer than a 4 or 5 days at someone's home because my husband and I share duties and it becomes too much for one person after a while.
