Hello! My name is Emily, and I am a trustworthy and experienced pet sitter. I hold a B.S. in Animal Science and worked as an ICU technician at a veterinary hospital during my time as an undergrad. I'm currently pursuing a Masters in Animal Studies from NYU. I am not only an experienced dog and cat sitter but also hold a Certified Professional Pet Sitter (CPPS) certification and am trained in dog and cat CPR. I had a consistent set of clients in DC for whom I walked their dogs weekly, and I am hoping to create a similar schedule here in NY. I have been a foster home for several corgis through the East Coast Corgi Rescue (I adore all with short legs, and that could be because I too have them). Your pets will receive the highest level of care and attention. You can trust me to treat your furry companions like family, providing them with the love and care they deserve.

A typical day
I love going on walks around my new neighborhood and going down and reading in Washington Square Park. I adore a good fall hike as well!

Availability
I currently have an exceptionally flexible schedule. I am enrolled in three classes, scheduled exclusively on Mondays, Tuesday, and Wednesdays, during the mid-afternoon, leaving me with uninterrupted availability from Thursday through Sunday. Even on class days, I have substantial free time, with only 2 and a half-hour blocks dedicated to my studies, ensuring that I can prioritize and commit to pet care without any constraints
