Pet care experience
I grew up with a yellow Lab and 2 English bulldogs and now have 1 older rescue chihuahua and 2 rescue cats!!! I also have a snake and frog and have experience with caring for birds and small animals. I regularly spent time volunteering at The Huron Valley Humane Society for several years and have worked as a kennel attendant at a boarding and daycare facility as well as a Vet Clinic. I am very flexible and petsitting (all types of pets) and dog walking is my job so I am available for mid day walks and feedings. I have no problem with administering oral and topical medication and due to the nature of my past jobs I also have experience with skittish, reactive and or temperamental animals. Emily was great! Our kitties loved spending time with her! We were gone for almost 3 weeks and worried about how they would be. Emily sent pictures every visit and updated us every day! She even spent extra time with them which was above and beyond! We highly recommend Emily for cat sitting and we will surely use her again!
Emily was super friendly and great with my 2 cats. Even my shy one came out to play! I wish there was a little more communication but otherwise my cats were well taken care of. Thank you!
Emily did a fantastic job with Max and Bella. She hung out and knitted so both cats could become familiar with her. Max isn’t too keen on strangers, but Emily didn’t seem to have any problems getting acquainted with him. We will absolutely use Emily again!!!
