Pet care experience
I worked at Pet stores for 4 years and then as a positive reinforcement dog trainer. I was a trainer at our doggie day care and have trained and cared for all ages and sizes of dogs! I am very versed in dog body language and behavior so I am able to interact with all personalities in a safe way! Our stores had cat adoption centers, so hundreds of kitties have crossed my path too. I have two cats of my own. I also have experience caring for exotics!

Emily did a fabulous job taking care of our crew (3 cattle dogs, 2 barn cats and chickens!) during our 10 day spring break trip! Leaving my fur babies makes me very anxious and it was so nice to have great communication and all the pictures and videos. My house was cleaner than when I left it which is a wonder with all the mud / rain we’ve been having!
I was very pleased with the care my Zoey girl got from Emily. She sent several pictures while I was gone. When I returned Zoey was very happy. Emily was very friendly, attentive & easy to talk to when giving instructions about Zoey's care. When I returned, the house was very clean & just the way I left it. I will be rebooking with Emily. She made me feel at ease to leave my Zoey girl in her care!
Emily always does an amazing job with our pups. Her communication is great and she goes above and beyond to ensure the time she is with them is nothing but amazing.
Emily does a wonderful job with my 2 dogs. It's nice to get picture and video updates. Definitely recommend.

I am able to crate animals in your home safely. I have a chronic pain illness so I never watch dogs bigger than I can control with a leash, or big dogs that jump and have the potential to knock me down. That being said, I have been able to manage larger and heavier dogs in the past depending on the specific animal. It really comes down to the amount of pulling and jumping etc. So I am more than happy to do a Meet & Greet for a test drive!

I have worked as a dog trainer and am very versed in dog behavior so I can provide mental stimulation as well as physical exercise for your dog! Different breeds have different energy levels and prey drive levels so my breed knowledge helps me tailor my care to the dogs needs.
