Emily is a very caring, compassionate and loving person when it comes to animals. While attending Texas Tech University, she babysat friends dogs and our dog and cat on a regular basis. She made sure they were well taken care of, and of course, spoiled! She treats them as if they were her very own, and spends time with them when she's with them. She was extremely patient and understanding with our elderly dog, and took extra time with her getting her outside, and dealt with her lazy eating habits. With Emily, it's not just an "open the door, left them out, give them a meal, let back out again and leave" scenario. She plays with them, gives treats, runs with them, talks to them, and gives them lots of TLC. To Emily, a pet is a member of the family, and she treats every "furbaby" with lots of love.
