Pet care experience
I have over 10 years of professional experience with all types of animals! I previously worked at the Dumb Friends League animal shelter in Denver for many years so I have spent a lot of time providing hands-on care. I have also done dog walking and pet sitting in both a professional capacity and for friends and family. I have experience medicating dogs and cats, both orally and injection. I am also very comfortable working with special needs dogs and cats, including pets with behavioral issues such as fear, dog aggression, and leash reactivity. I am very passionate about animal welfare and ensuring that all animals I interact with feel safe and loved. My husband and I live in New Castle, CO with our pug, Biscuit, and our two cats, Charlie & Meesh!

Emily was a great communicator while we were away and did a great job with our two pups!
Emily is excellent. She checked in with me each day and treated my dog with the love she needs. I was able to trust her with my dog and my home when I was not there. She arrived on the agreed time and dates and helped my dog during long work days when I had no one else to make sure my dog could relieve herself.
Emily was great. Checked In frequently and was very attentive to my pups! Will definitely ask Emily to come back for future sitting.

I always make sure to ask owners about their pets favorite activities. I love being outside, so I will take them on walks to the park and on walking paths. If it's okay with owners, I can take more active dogs on hikes, too! I really enjoy making my time with your pet as special as they are!
